The Argyle Lodge is located in the Shirley suburb of Southampton and is easily located by: Rail:> Exit the Southampton Central Train Station at the Blechynden Terrace side, cross over the road and follow this road to the end. Turn left into Commercial Road and proceed to the traffic light system. Cross over the road and proceed up Hill Lane for approx. 250 metres. Landguard Road is the 4th turning on the left and number 13 is on the left side of the road some 50 metres along. By Car:> Via the M27, exit at Junction 3 and follow the signs for the docks. Take the 1st exit on the roundabout (A35/A3024) continuing towards the docks. After the traffic lights, bear left and exit on the exit road entering the suburb of Freemantle and Paynes Road. Take an immediate right onto Waterloo Road and continue the end. At the traffic lights, turn left onto Shirley Road then take the 2nd right onto Landguard Road and the Lodge is 150 metres on the right. Via the M3, exit the motorway heading for Southampton and the A33. Take the 2nd exit on the 1st roundabout and the 2nd exit on the next heading down Winchester Road. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit then immediately over the next roundabout. Continue down hill lane for approx. 1.5 miles and Landguard Road is the 14th road on the right.
